Hi, I’m Pam.
Several years ago, I discovered the insightful and transformative power of mindfulness meditation. After about ten years of personally witnessing the impact mindfulness had in my life and personal relationships, I knew I wanted to teach others so they could also experience the benefits of bringing mindful awareness to their thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and actions.
After studying with Rakefet Hadar and being trained in the SoulPages® method, I began using the visual journal as a way to better understand the Dharma. While traditional approaches to mindfulness meditation are part of my regular practice, I've discovered that working with the Dharma through creative practices and the visual journal helped me integrate it more deeply into my life.
It's been my joy to provide these practices in secular settings as well as traditional Buddhist settings. The truths of the Dharma—of connecting to our direct experience with awareness and compassion—are practical and universal.
